Our Services
GENERAL INSECT AND RODENT CONTROL
At Peconic pest control, we do not believe that service ends when the pests are gone. We work to manage your pest problems effectively, offering monthly specialized service programs for your home or business. We will continue to use PPC techniques to manage the pest populations in your area. We offer seasonal programs from May through October, or year-round programs that are tailored to fit the needs of each client. If you would like more information on our general pest control services, please contact our office to speak to a customer service representative.
MONTHLY SERVICE PROGRAMS
To effectively manage your individual pest problem, Peconic Pest Control offers monthly service programs. These programs use IPM techniques to manage your localized pest populations. Although most service programs run seasonally (May-October) or year-round, programs can be tailored to fit your needs. For more information, please contact our office.
TICK CONTROL
Ticks are a problem everywhere in the United States, and have established a firm foothold in the Hamptons area. These insects are responsible for many diseases, including Lyme Disease, Ehrlichiosis, Babesiosis and Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. In fact, these have become some of the most common health hazards in our area because we spend so much time outside for work and for play. In order to control the tick population around your home or business, our employees can perform monthly yard treatments that will control ticks and prevent them from coming back. We offer traditional applications as well as all natural. Our technicians will also advise you on additional measures you can take, in order to reduce the tick population around your building or yard. For more information on tick control, please contact our office and speak to our experienced customer service representatives.
MOSQUITO CONTROL
In the past few years, mosquitos have gone from any normal, annoying spring and summer pest to an actual health risk. Because of the terrain of the Hampton area, mosquito control has become an important part of our clients’ summer maintenance programs. Whether you are having a wedding, throwing a party, or just hanging around in the evening hours at home, a reduced mosquito population means a more comfortable, safer summer season. By lowering the number of mosquitoes in your area, you lessen the threat of Encephalitis and West Nile Virus, which are both transmitted by these pests. To find out more about how Peconic can reduce your mosquito population, please call our office to speak to a customer service representative or send us an email.
TERMITES INSPECTIONS & TREATMENTS
Whether you are buying a new home or business or if you already own a building, seeing evidence of termite activity can be very distressing. In order to make sure your house or office is termite-free, we will conduct inspections and control services to eliminate this problem. Our services have become the standard by which other pest control companies judge themselves. We use the most innovative products and technology to eliminate termites, including the Advance Termite Bait System which delivers long-term and continuous protection for your home. It is the most comprehensive and aggressive system of attack available to eliminate termite colonies around your home. Our treatments also include termite spot and pre-treatments to protect your home from future termite incursions. We also offer termite proofing and pre-treatment for new construction. If your realtor or bank has not recommended Peconic Pest Control for your termite inspection, feel free to contact us and speak to a customer service representative for more information.
NUSIANCE WILDLIFE CONTROL
Animals can be cute from afar, but sometimes they become pests who damage our property or put our families in danger. We employ certified animal trappers who effectively remove and relocate nuisance animals from your home, yard, or business. We are proud to offer humane nuisance removal, relocation if permissible, and our trappers keep current with the most modern trapping methods. Please note that an NYSE law passed in 2004 requires raccoons to be dispatched in order to prevent the spread of rabies. If a nuisance animal is living on or near your property, please contact our customer service representatives for more information on how to relocate it in the safest, most humane way.
